Troubleshooting Tips:
If you're having trouble connecting or pairing your Meta Quest 2 Touch controllers to your headset, try the following tips:
1. Make sure the controller is awake by clicking any button while using your headset.
2. Reorient the controller by pressing and holding the Oculus button
3. Remove and put back in the battery
4. Try a new battery
5. Unpair and re-pair your controllers
How to Unpair Touch Controllers:
1. Turn your headset on, then open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone*.
*Note: Make sure you're logged into the same meta account on your phone as the headset.
2. Choose Menu (bottom right corner).
3. Click Devices.
4. Select Headset Settings, then click Controllers.
5. Choose the controller that you want to unpair, then click Unpair Controller.
How to Re-Pair Touch Controllers:
1. Make sure your headset is turned on, then open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
2. Choose Menu (bottom right corner).
3. Click Devices.
4. Select Headset Settings, then click Controllers.
5. Click +Pair New Controller, then choose which controller you'd like to pair.
6. Press and hold the and buttons on your right controller or and on your left controller until the controller LED blinks and then lights up.
Note: If your Touch controller does not light up, you may need to change the battery.
